Vallee Blanche: ski the vallee blanche with Philippe Collet a Chamonix Mountain Guide

Located in one of the biggest glaciers in Europe (24km), on the middle of the Mont Blanc Area, the Vallee Blanche is an extraordinary place for the ski and the mountains.
From Chamonix we take the lift to the Aiguille du Midi (3847m) from where we discover the magnificent Mont Blanc, the Grandes Jorasses, the Matterhorn, and as many mythical summits that we seem to touch with our finger.

The mountain guide will then equip you with harnesses and ropes to descend the famous "Ridge", often arranged in early winter of marine ropes. Once on the first flat we strap skis and it glides smoothly to the gigantic Col du Midi ...
Here a selection of itineraries is based on the conditions of the mountain and your skiing Grand Envers, kidney or classic route ...
Skiing in the midst of crevasses and under the shade of blue crevasses becomes a game, a stunning adventure that your guide you will discover serenity.

Level: 3 ESF Obligation to control your trajectory and turns in any kind of snow.

Price
310€/day – private formula (1 to 4 persons, then 25€/person for extra person)
75€/person – group formula 4 persons minimum (6 maximum)

Period
From 15 Jan till end May, according with snow conditions.

Equipement
I provide harnesses and arvas. For any other equipment, sports shops in Chamonix offers a wide selection of items for rental.
