Bookings


For all bookings we ask that you do the following:



- Check all fitness/experience requirements in our website carefully read all the general booking information. - Read and make sure you understand our booking conditions.

We send you the technical file with the booking form ;

- send it back to us with your deposit.

You receive a confirmation of inscription



 

Privacy Statement


All information supplied to us on your booking form remains completely confidential.



 

Payment Information



All of our prices are in Euros (€). We require a deposit of 200€ per person per course to accompany your booking form and final balance is due eight weeks prior to course starting date.

 For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to course start date, full payment is required.

We accept the following payment methods: Cheque/Bank Draft payable in euros to Alps Adventure.

Bookings from the United States



We are happy for US based climbers to join any of our trips, but for all bookings from the United States we require full payment at time of booking - so please be absolutely sure you can make it and buy cancellation insurance as soon as you book!
